Warranty Policy

All electric bicycle kits and batteries are covered by a 12-month warranty.

The warranty period begins on the date the package is signed for.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues only.

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or exposure to water is not covered by the warranty.
